Job Summary:

Responsible for identification, solicitation and retention of institution-wide donors based on tiered giving levels. This position will plan and execute giving programs and manage donor societies to grow the annual fund donor pipeline, while working in collaboration with members of the front-line fundraising teams to contribute to the overall success of the advancement team.

Job Duties:

1. Creates and executes special events appropriate to overall annual giving strategies.
2. May support a specific donor group's activities based on level of giving.
3. Designs and maintains the stewardship for donors and volunteers, including acknowledging and honoring donors and volunteers.
4. Develops processes to ensure that the impact, integrity, and visibility of annual giving is maintained.
5. Organizes, produces, and maintains materials and data.
6. Management duties include interviewing, selecting and training of employees; planning and directing work, coaching and evaluating performance.
7. Performs all other duties as assigned.

Education:

Bachelor's degree is required.

Experience:

Five (5) years experience in annual giving/development is required.

Preferred:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.

Asana or similar collaborative work software experience.

Social media proficiency.

Higher Education/Healthcare experience preferred.
